Sandy grew fast in the 1970s and 1980s. The city went from about 6,400 people in 1970 to more than 52,000 by 1980, and many of the homes on the east bench went up in that boom. A lot of them are now 35 to 50 years old.
That age is why the work here is so often basements, kitchens and whole floors. Alpha Homes' shop is in Sandy, so our crew is minutes from your house, not an hour away.
