Whole-Home Remodeling
More than one room, on one plan.
Two bathrooms at once, the kitchen plus the main floor, or the whole house. One crew builds it in the right order, so the finishes match and you are not chasing five contractors.

Kitchen Remodeling
The kitchen everyone ends up standing in.
Open up the old layout, then new cabinets, stone counters, tile and lighting. When a wall has to come out, we handle the beam, the plans and the permit. Kitchens are often where a bigger remodel starts.

Basement Finishing
Turn bare concrete into the best floor in the house.
Bedrooms, a bathroom, a wet bar, a theater or a full apartment. Our crew frames it, runs the plumbing, wiring and heat, gets it inspected and finishes it. A bare 2,000 sq ft basement usually takes about three weeks.

Most contractors quote 6 to 8 weeks to finish a basement. Tanner's crew usually takes a bare 2,000 sq ft basement to finished in about 3. That is half the time or less, and it is the reason customers kept sending their friends.
Fast does not mean rushed. The crew, the subs and the city inspections are lined up before day one, so nobody waits on anybody.

Tanner Stephens has been in construction for more than 18 years and has run Alpha Homes for six. Tanner is a licensed general contractor (Utah license #13234401-5501). For six years almost every job came from a referral, because customers liked how fast the work moved and how it looked.
