What counts as a whole-home remodel?

Anything bigger than one room. Two or three bathrooms at once, a kitchen plus the main floor, a basement plus the upstairs, or the whole house. One plan, one crew, one schedule.

Do you remodel bathrooms?

Yes, as part of a bigger remodel. One customer had two upstairs bathrooms turned into one primary bath, a laundry room turned into a second bathroom, and the basement bath updated, all in one project.

Can we live in the house during the remodel?

Often, yes. We plan the order of the work so you keep a working kitchen or bathroom as long as possible. Tanner will talk it through at the walkthrough.

Should we remodel or tear down and rebuild?

It depends on the house, the lot and your city's rules. Tanner can look at both and give you an honest answer. See our custom homes page for the rebuild side.
